Dark, deep, and mysterious — vodka meets coffee, coffee liqueur, caramel, and a pinch of salt for a sip far beyond an ordinary coffee martini.

The Story
Why "Onyx"? Because its depth and darkness recall the onyx gemstone itself. This is the second drink in our Gemstone Collection, dedicated to anyone who looks beyond the obvious. You told us "coffee martini," but the truth is — not at all. The layers of coffee, coffee liqueur, caramel, and a pinch of salt take it far beyond any ordinary coffee martini — sophisticated, balanced, and unmistakably its own.
How We Make It
Shaker & Ice
Fill a shaker with ice and chill a martini glass on the side.
Pour
60ml vodka, 30ml coffee liqueur, 15ml caramel, a pinch of salt.
Shake
Shake hard for about 15 seconds until everything blends together.
Strain & Garnish
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a coconut rim and 3 coffee beans.
Bartender Tips
Quality Coffee Liqueur
Use a good coffee liqueur like Kahlua or Mr Black — the difference in taste is very noticeable and elevates the drink a whole level.
Caramel & Salt with Care
The salt sharpens the caramel sweetness and balances the drink. One drop is enough — too much and the drink becomes salty.
Shake Hard
Shake hard and long — the aggressive shaking is what creates the rich crema layer on top of the drink.
