1. General

1.1. PnG Drinks ("the Company" or "the Operator") is the owner and operator of the PnG Drinks website located at paulandgreg.com ("the Website"). Use of the Website and the content and services displayed therein is subject to the terms of use detailed in these terms ("Terms of Use").

1.7. The Operator may offer promotions, benefits, and discounts on the Website. The Operator may at any time discontinue, replace, or modify such promotions, benefits, and discounts without providing prior notice. Multiple promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.1. Use of the Website is intended for adults aged 18 and over only ("Customer"). It is expressly clarified that no service will be provided and no inquiries will be answered from customers under the age of 18.

3. Ordering Services

3.1. The Customer must fill in their details on the Website and/or contact the Operator directly through the contact information available on the Website. It is clarified that providing details is done voluntarily only, and by submitting their details, the Customer confirms that they agree to the collection and transfer of information gathered about them to the Operator.

3.2. The information collected by the Operator is collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Operator's privacy policy available on the Website. Please review the privacy policy before submitting details.

3.3. A representative on behalf of the Operator, at its sole discretion, will contact the Customer for the purpose of gathering information and preparing a price quote.

3.4. It is clarified that leaving details for the purpose of being contacted by the Operator and/or preliminary negotiations does not constitute confirmation of an order and/or confirmation of a final engagement. An engagement between the parties will only be formed after the issuance of a price quote and a service agreement duly signed by the parties.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights in the Company, including patents, copyrights, designs, methods, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the Company. These rights apply, among other things, to the graphic design of the Company's website, its databases (including product lists, product descriptions, etc.), the website's computer code, its internet address, and any other detail related to its operation.

4.2. No information from the Website (including trademarks, images, text, and computer code) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, marketed, or translated without the express prior written permission of the Company.

4.3. No commercial use may be made of data published by the Company, the Company's database, the product listings appearing therein, or other details published by the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and participation rules from time to time. Only the rules published in the Website's terms will bind those performing actions on the Website.
