The Story

Why "Cereal Killer"? Because it hides an entire breakfast bowl inside a crystal-clear glass. This is a house original dedicated to anyone who loves familiar flavors arriving in an unexpected form. Cinnamon cereal steeps in milk, then clarifies a blend of bourbon, banana syrup, and fresh lemon — the milk curdles, strains clean, and the final liquid pours clear while carrying cinnamon, banana, and citrus in every sip.

How We Make It

Steep the Cereal

Combine cinnamon cereal with milk and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. This is your clarifying agent.

Make Banana Syrup

Simmer 3 bananas with 500g brown sugar and 500ml water. Cook together, then strain into a clean bottle.

Build the Base

Combine 240ml bourbon, 120ml fresh lemon juice, and 120ml banana syrup in a mixing vessel.

Clarify and Filter

Pour the bourbon mixture into the cereal milk — it curdles immediately. Wait 30-60 minutes, then filter through a coffee filter until the liquid runs completely clear.

Bartender Tips

Use Real Cinnamon Cereal

Cinnamon Toast Crunch or a close equivalent gives the cleanest flavor extraction. Off-brand cereals work but taste noticeably flatter.

Don't Rush the Clarification

The milk curds need time to bind the proteins. Filtering too early leaves the drink cloudy and loses the visual trick.
